As you can see I was not the picture of health, in fact the first half of my life I battled daily.

I was diagnosed with Leukemia at the age of 15, Chronic Epstein Barr Virus shortly after and by age 21 had a major back surgery with 4 titanium steel cages being placed in my lower spine. According to my surgeon my surgery was a success, yet I lived on 18 different prescription medications, cortisone injections frequently in my back and I slept about 15 hours a day. Throughout this 3 year process I added a tremendous amount of weight, all in all I defined the word misery!

I was then told I needed a second back surgery, my answer was absolutely not. I was determined to find the answer, I was willing to look outside of the box, I found my healing through nutrition. A complete turnaround happened in my life and within 7 months I had found a healthy version of me completely free of pain and medication and I have made it my life's work to help people look and feel their best!
